What is coaching?

Coaching is a professional partnership to assist you in achieving more satisfying results in your personal and professional lives. Through coaching, you focus on the skills and actions needed to successfully produce your desired personally and professionally results.

How does coaching work?

Coaching begins with an initial session to determine your current opportunities and challenges, and to establish your specific desired outcomes. Sessions are scheduled three times each month. Between coaching sessions, you may be asked to complete homework that supports your achievement.

Why do I need a Coach?

You’re perfectly okay just as you are.  You don’t need fixing; a coach helps you learn new ways of thinking to get better results.  A coach helps you gain clarity and focus towards your goals.

Where do we meet?

Coaching sessions occur over the phone. In-person sessions may be scheduled for organizational clients providing on site coaching for their employees.
